Where It Started
My name is Casey, Father and Husband with a beautiful family. My wife’s name is Kendall, and our son’s name is Asa. I’ve worked nearly 2 decades in the restaurant industry at all levels. I’ve been in management for nearly a decade. As a General Manager of a nearly $3million dollar per year, small franchise restaurant, I’ve learned a lot about what is important in creating a profitable & stress-free environment, as well as a consistent product for my customers. All business owners and managers know how hard it is to keep their management teams and employees on the same page, as well as on the same mission. As a General Manager, I came up with the idea to build an all-encompassing mobile/web application to help me communicate with my team and help train them in weak areas that we struggled to maintain consistency. I wanted a tool for them to be able to reference when they would have ANY questions. I researched how much it would cost for someone to build such a product for my team and realized the return on investment didn’t seem reasonable.
So, for the next 2 years, I took courses on programming and studied software development to make my vision come true. I worked on my idea day by day, adding to my vision when they came to mind. I was adding piece by piece and testing it in real time. That’s the beauty of this idea. It will never go out of date and can always be updated to accommodate a changing market. I realized how valuable and amazing this App was and what it could become. I knew immediately that ANY business could benefit as much as I did and that i could build and manage it for them at a fraction of the cost compared to the alternative. That’s when I decided to step away from management to offer my idea to the market. This is how “In the App, Management Solutions” was born.

In the App isn’t a software company. It is a tool for restaurant and small business owners to use to advance in their own industry. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 2 decades and operated a very successful restaurant in today’s business climate. We all know how hard it has become, with rising prices and stagnant wages preventing us from attracting more talented employees. We have a set of tools at our disposal as small business owners and operators and we need to take every advantage available to us in order to succeed.
I’ve used my own product in the restaurant and it took the weight of the world off of my shoulders. I no longer had to focus on keeping the ship afloat and could focus on factors that facilitated growth instead of struggling to stay above water. This is truly the solution to simplifying your business and affording it the opportunity to be easily scalable and profitable.
Their are so many layers to a business. From the outset, it seems like a daunting task to get everything to work in conjunction. Our goal is to separate each component of your operation and simplify it for each and every employee!
