16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.
